Mission Statement

Ahava B’Shem Yeshua, a biblically based congregation, exists to PROCLAIM Yeshua HaMashiach to the Jew first and then to the Gentile. We UNIFY the Jewish and Gentile believers through WORSHIP of Adonai. We SUPPORT the widows, orphans, families in need and holocaust survivors, of the nation of Israel, through not only our prayers but our financial support.

Our Vision Statement

Ahava B’Shem Yeshua exists to PROCLAIM Yeshua HaMashiach to the Jew first and then to the Gentile, Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the Good News, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who trusts – to the Jew first and also to the Greek  (Gentile) (TLV).

We UNIFY the Jewish and Gentile believers through WORSHIP of Adonai,  Jeremiah 31:33 and quoted in Hebrews 8:10 “But this is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after those days” -it is a declaration of ADONAI- “I will put My Torah within them. Yes, I will write it on their heart. I will be their God and they will be My people (TLV).”

We SUPPORT the widows, orphans and families in need through not only our prayers but our financial support Genesis 12:3 My desire is to bless those who bless you, but whoever curses you will I curse, and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed (TLV). Romans 15:27 Yes, they are pleased to do so, and they are under obligation to them. For if the Gentiles have shared in their spiritual blessings, they also ought to serve them in material blessings (TLV).

Practical Application

We PROCLAIM Yeshua HaMashiach to the Jew first and to the Gentile by reaching out to the Northern Arizona Jewish (and Gentile) Community through taking every opportunity to share who Yeshua is and what he has done for us collectively and individually. We do this through worshiping Adonai in the way of Jewish expressions of faith and educating our congregation on the Jewish people, the Torah, the Hebrew language, celebration of the Biblical Feasts and promoting Biblical values and teachings.

We UNIFY both Jew and Gentile by encouraging the WORSHIP of Adonai through the diversity of Jewish expression of faith. This is done through the reciting of many of the Jewish Prayers (in Hebrew and English), readings of the weekly Parasha: Torah, Haftarah and Brit Hadasha, Worship music, Davidic Dance, and teachings from the Holy Scriptures.

We SUPPORT the widows, orphans, families in need and holocaust survivors through both corporate and individual prayers for the nation of Israel. We donate a portion of our finances to different charitable organizations that exist to help specifically those who are widowed, orphaned, families in need and holocaust survivors of the nation of Israel.
